February 04-2025 5.00This place truly is a hidden gem. Just steps from the water and close to many other attractions, it's a wonderful place to vacation. The unit is lovely, comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed, and the patio is gorgeous. Plus, Sean and his wife couldn't have been more responsive, helpful, and gracious.

January 03-2025 5.00We were satisfied with our stay, but it wasn’t perfect. Positives… The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and destinations. The decor is very cute, immaculate beach-house vibes. Kitchen is well stocked, big TV works well in guest mode, and the AC is powerful and very quiet. But, a few cautions too… It was a bit hard to find the place initially, especially if you arrive after dark. We found there were a lot of bugs — maybe the walls or foundation don’t seal totally. This was annoying, we were cleaning up dead bugs every day. And the showers didn’t drain super well. Overall, for the steep price, we felt this was satisfactory but not amazing. 4/5
This literal Hidden Gem was everything and more! We struggled to find it at dark but that made it so much better because it was off a main road and hidden for privacy. The view by the water turned out to be our favorite spot to hangout. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Such cute places around that are easily walkable. Lots of wildlife and very fun kitty hung out with us. We are already contemplating coming back.
Incredible spot and incredible host. Truly a “hidden gem”. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!

Space
This unit is 620 sq. ft. located on the second floor. Its two bedroom/two bath with a small kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a King memory foam mattress with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a King memory foam mattress and an unattached bathroom. There are no dressers or closets in the units. We provide luggage racks, and places to hang clothing. This unit is part or a very unique and private wooded property that spans over the bay of the Florida Keys. This unit does has a courtyard view NOT a bay/ocean view. All staying guests have complete access to all the property has to offer. It’s a two minute walk to the boat basin and the most incredible sunset view in Islamorada! MARINA/BOAT BASIN INFORMATION: - You are allowed one 24’ vessel MAX WITH ENGINE to keep in the boat basin. The basin is too small to accommodate larger boats. - BOATS EXCEEDING LENGTH OF 24' WILL BE MOVED OR SUBJECT REMOVAL AT OWNERS EXPENSE. BOATS MAY BE MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER BOATS. - Holiday House Mariana waiver must be signed before boat can be on premise. - Boat ramp is for max 20' vessels. - You will have also have access to parking trailer on property for no addition fee. - NO JETSKIS
